Staff wear masks at all times in the clinic
All staff are fully vaccinated
Staff have completed certified Infection and Control Training
(from the Department of Health)
Therapists always wash their hands thoroughly before and after each session
All towels, pillow cases and bed covers used are changed and washed after every session
All surfaces are regularly cleaned with disinfectant wipes
Hand sanitizer is readily available for
all clientele and staff
hELP US BY PROTECTING US
Whilst Your Health Domain has always practised high standards of cleaning and hygiene, the current COVID-19 crisis has brought to light the importance of this more than ever.
If you are planning on attending our clinic and you:
a) Have been overseas in the last 14 days before your appointment and/or
b) Have had close contact in the last 14 days with a person with a confirmed COVID-19 infection
c) Have frequented any of the current COVID-19 hotspots as disclosed by NSW Health
You must notify our reception team on 9251 5111 and must NOT attend the clinic in person.
Instead, we are able to arrange a telehealth consult for your physiotherapy appointment, or reschedule your appointment for massage. You are also required to self isolate at home for 14 days if the above conditions apply to you, and contact your local GP if respiratory symptoms or fever develop.
We have surgical masks and hand sanitizer available for our clients who attend the clinic.
