CERVICOGENIC HEADACHES

Cervicogenic Headaches are very common in office and desk workers and those in general who tend to keep their chin forward with head forward from their body. It adds pressure at the base of the skull and at the neck triggering a cervicogenic headache. They are recurrent and debilitating as they prevent you from being able to go about your day normally.
